How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days within the United States. Express shipping (1-3 business days) is available for an additional $15. All orders ship free with standard shipping.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all playhouses. Items must be in original condition with packaging. Contact us at info@ejslimefactory.com to initiate a return.
Are your playhouses safe for toddlers?
Yes! All our playhouses are designed for children ages 3 and up. They're made from child-safe materials with no sharp edges. We also have a specific toddler collection with compact designs.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding to international shipping in the future.
