Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your little ones to love every playhouse from EJ Slime Factory. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be:

• In their original condition
• In the original packaging
• Unused and undamaged
• Accompanied by your order number

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at info@ejslimefactory.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item back using the provided return label

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Free Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping for:

• Defective or damaged items
• Items shipped in error

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged Products

If your playhouse arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the damaged item in some cases.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, size, or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been assembled and used
• Items missing original packaging or accessories
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper assembly
