We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required — every order ships free.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to weather conditions.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.
Some of our larger playhouses may ship via freight carrier. In these cases, delivery may take additional time and may require a scheduled delivery appointment. Our team will contact you to arrange delivery.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@ejslimefactory.com with photos of the damage. We'll work quickly to send a replacement or arrange a return.
